Authorization to publish genealogical data

It is forbitten to publish data on a person without his/her authorization, unless that person is deceased. Here are a few rules to follow. If you wish your genealogical data to be part of the Cyrenne and Syrenne family tree on the Web, all you need to do is to print a blank form, complete it, signed it and follow the mailing instructions. Once we receive your Authorization to publish, we will confirm with you via mail that your data can be linked to ours. That is: you may authorize us to publish your data but those of your father or grand-father cannot be publish (they are still living or we have no authorization to publish them). It will therefore not be possible to proceed with your request. However, if your parents or grand-parent are deceased, fill in a form as in Example #2 and the broken link will be resolved.

Before filling in a form, please read the following restrictions:

• The demand must be for yourself but,
• if you include your spouse, he/she must signed.
• If the demand is for a deceased relative, you must fill in the deceased field (you may E-mail the details, no signature required)
• Children must complete their own authorization and must be 18 years or over.
• If your spouse is still living, his/her data will not be publish without his/her authorization.
• We will not acknowledge an unsigned request.
• You may always reverse your request to publish. In such a case, however, you are breaking the family tree link and all your decendants will automatically be taken off the Web listing.
• All requests will be confirmed by regular or electronic mail (at your choice).
• This site is dedicated to serious researchers.

Please print the two examples of a completed request. The first example is for a requester where as the second one is for a deceased relative.
